Party day!

Today I took 2 of my girls up to their cousins little birthday party - an afternoon of ice skating! My youngest has only skated once before, so she held on to her uncle for pretty much the entire time.

I haven't skated for many years, but I got out there and was thrilled to find I was able to get right back into it!! Until……about a hour later my lower back seriously started cramping and I was in severe pain for the rest of the day. I guess my age is showing.
