Confused

Second day in a row I have washed my hair in conditioner and tried to condition it with shampoo.

Spent most of the day ( my 37th birthday!) with mum and a short break to go to a hospital appointment of my own.

My neuro consultant said don't take this the wrong way but it's the first time I have seen you look truly knackered and I prescribe sleep and lots of it.
