Homework

In an attempt not to leave it until the very last evening, here they are working away. Reuben's doing well with his homework but certainly prefers to be supervised and kept on track else he takes himself off into his creative dreamland, or attempts to come back with an exceptionally witty reply to something that's been said. So we sat like this for a couple of hours today working away. Meanwhile, I'm trying to prepare Callum for the basics of the kindergarten curiculum given he'll be joining in the Autumn.

These years are rushing by, as cliched as it sounds. We owe it to our kids to be not only the creators but the curators of their lives, else we endow a too unmanageable volume of data and images to them as the legacy. That's an objective of mine this year.
