Awesome run day

I thought I'd just go for a long walk today but after about a k I felt pretty good and started jogging, ended up beating my pb, on my 5th k too, by 10sec, I was pretty excited. But then I got a bug in my eye.. Kind of burst my bubble trying to run with one eye closed / one open so just walked the last little bit home. It was 5.35 for the k btw, may not be super fast but I'm pretty pleased!
