Safe from Winter!

The fountain in Pyynikki Church Park has received an elegant cover for the coming months.
I thought the orange light of a maintenance vehicle belonging to the park staff enhanced the boys' merriment nicely.

The sculpture is from 1937, and it is called Spring. The local artist Väinö Richard Rautalin (1891-1943) had his own daughter as model when perfecting the figures.
