The Long Road

Hi everyone, i am sorry that i have not kept up my blipping. i have been very busy. i gave up smoking 12 weeks ago after 31 years. this was because its bad for you, so im told, and also i was lucky enough to get a charity place to run in the virgin london marathon on 25th April 2010.

I am training to a running plan, running 6 days per week. its hard at the moment as i am not used to it, but i will get stronger as the weeks go on.

if there is anyone out there with a spare £1 and would kindly donate it to the charity i am running for (CHILDREN WITH LEUKAEMIA) or if you would be kind enough to sponsor me, i would be very greatful.
