Mmm... Cake!

We had a visit from our former shelver, who retired just before Xmas, who arrived with two huge salmon-en-croutes and this fantastic cake.

She was apologising for it being out of proportion as it had apparently risen more than usual: we assured her that we hadn't noticed as we were too busy looking at the chocolate and fresh cream!
