Convenient

This is an award winning public convenience in the borough I work in.

Wasn't there because I was caught short, but because it has become 'home' to a rough sleeper who is causing considerable concern and agitation (in almost equal measure) amongst the local residents and businesses.

I am less than hopeful that the situation will be resolved to everyone's satisfaction any time soon; diplomatic skills ever ready.
