non slip

Another rainy day so off to the gym this morning for some exercise. They have installed new digital keypads on the lockers. Aaargh.

Local radio has reported mountain rescue teams being called out to people with leg injuries after slipping on wet grass and advising walkers to take extra care. With elf and safety uppermost in my mind I stuck to the jetty where the yellow lines will hopefully stop me wandering off the side and the non slip treads will prevent a fall.

The empty bottle (wkd) is nothing to do with me.

Had a late Christmas dinner this evening (don't ask).  Really enjoyed it and had a lovely bottle of wine.
