Butterflies

My God!
This is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. It looks so cute on the wall but there is one thing that always annoys me. How did they catch these butterflies? How did they put in this kind of a frame? Isn't cruel and awesome at the same time?
It has to be cruel to be awesome.
