So - where do you stand?

On slippers? For about the 4th time in the courting & married life of me & the good lady I am being forced to wear slippers. Every so often a new pair emerges and they appear out of nowhere in front of me with those 'put them on now' eyes. Now... I have never worn slippers regularly. My first thought when I get home is never 'ooohh where are my slippers'. I don't care if my feet are cold, I don't care if I stand on a pin (well actually..) and I don't care if all my in laws wear them. I can guarantee the left foot will end up under the bed and that will be that until 2017 and then we will start all over again for the 5th time...
