Irritated!

A company that I do business with emailed today to say that they are changing the process by which I submit sales invoices to them. I'm not happy with what they are suggesting but at the end of the day will probably have to live with it - or lose the business I do with them. As a result I have had to email my accountant to ask for advice - and that will cost me - but I would rather have the advice than not. But what really gets me is that they are trying to sell it to me on the basis that it will make life easier for me. No! What they really mean is that it will make life easier for them. Grrrrrrrr!
