Bird of Prey

Bizzarely, this bird of prey - is it an Eagle?, I don't know what kind of bird it is but I do know it's called Lightning - stands at the entrance to a car park in Cowcaddens, Glasgow. It's looking a bit drookit in this shot as it had just had its shower!
