One man and his owl

One of the most unusual things I've ever seen while out and about shopping, Steve with his pet barn owl Jezabel, who happily sits on his shoulder as he is going about his shopping in Monmouth. He also has a Tawny owl, his favourite owl, but that was left at home today...
Steve is a volunteer with City Wildlife Care , an animal welfare charity based in Gwent, Wales, so he clearly loves and has an affinity with animals.
