After 3 years in NY, James has finally found a mountain bike trail. And he can bike to it from our house. He came home looking quite happy.

This week I found a very warm (89F, 31.6C) indoor pool for my lap swimming. It is 10 minutes closer to our house and half the cost of the current gym I use (which has a very cold indoor pool that is tough for my sickly hands and feet). It has been the highlight of my week!
