Late-night IT support.

A busy day in the office, finalising a business plan and starting on the related pitch presentation. Structuring the story is always the fun part!

Straight on to another meeting this evening, followed by a few beers, then home to try to resolve an IT crisis.

MrsCyclops bought a new laptop a few weeks ago, but being ill hasn't felt like switching to it. Today her old laptop forced the issue by going wrong, so this evening I'm doing a bit of an emergency file copy and a wee bit of fixing so she can work tomorrow. She has all her files backed up online but it's easier to bulk transfer from the old one...
