Communication breakdown

Of late, I have looked at Phone boxes with a quaint olde-worlde feel, but having spent a couple of months in a 17th century farmhouse with 3' thick walls and no mobile signal, I see they are not quite redundant artifacts yet. Drove down to Hertfordshire today - you nearly had a driving selfie! - but I loved these - especially with the stainless steel back panels. The colour was almost mono outside the boxes - and inside, but I did give it a little help. I use.d a silver efex layer and layer mask over the colour layer, masking back the boxes themselves. On the colour layer I used a little bleach bypass, detail extractor, and darken / lighten centre
