What's for dinner?
Winter Vegetable Stew! Slow roasted butternut squash, parsnips, carrots, onions, celery, garlic, and tarragon, served with sourdough bread and salad. Perfect for a cold day. Wednesdays are always a very busy day for me. With band rehearsal ending at 6:30, I usually don't want to cook dinner when I get home. I have been trying to use my crockpot more for days like today. It was so nice to come home to the heavenly smell of dinner already cooked!
Day 18 of my Organizational Challenge. I am hitting a lull in my efforts. I managed to squeak in a little time to empty one cabinet in my laundry room and organize it. I also took a car load of donations to the thrift store and it was closed! Tomorrow is my Birthday so I am going to take one day off from de-cluttering. Friday I will hit it hard again!
