Look Who Landed Right in Front of Me

I was wandering round the garden trying to get a decent shot of my newly emerged snowdrops when this gorgeous little goldcrest flew down, landed right in front of me and proceeded to peck at the moss on the branch - well it would be rude to refuse such a gift, wouldn't it :-) I have seen this bird in the garden a few times but they are so small ( smaller than a wren or a long tailed tit) and fast that I haven't managed to snap him yet. But today is his day and here he is in all his glory showing off his lovely gold stripe on his head that gives him his name, I hope you like him :-))
