Jesmond Dene

Wilf and I had two lovely long walks today, as the car had to go into the garage which is quite a way from home. We used the opportunity to incorporate our walks which took us past Jesmond Dene, a lovely area of parkland in Newcastle donated to the city by Lord Armstrong. This photo is taken from the, now pedestrian, bridge which looks down to the park. Luckily it has stayed bright and sunny, though very cold!
