That kind of day

It has been overcast, wet and rainy most of the day, but it wasn't raining yet when I took this picture. The rain started a short while later as I was doing my stair walking exercise, but rain or no rain, I finished my sets. Unfortunately the weather didn't improve in the afternoon. I got rained on again loading my bags of groceries into the car. There was one little bright spot in the weather. We went out for supper, and as we drove there, I spotted a rainbow. Yes, it was raining lightly, but in the West, the sun was trying to peek through. It only made it out far enough to create the rainbow before it disappeared again. A little later darkness fell. I'm ready for a sunny day or two or three, but I don't think tomorrow will be it. Rain or sun, enjoy your Sunday, Blippers!

About stair walking: Today was my 12th day! Yes, I do feel a lot better for it, and I can make it to the top of the 50 steps without stopping and with almost no huffing and puffing. Yesterday and today I did 10 sets...that's 50 up and 50 down for 1000 steps! Yippee!
