Crested China 3 - Westerham

I wasn't able to photograph anything outside today so have to make do with another item from the collection of crested china....

I have a number of pieces showing arms real or otherwise of places in Kent. Like Petersfield, Westerham lies close to a county boundary. In this case it lies on the border with Surrey with the North Downs to the north and the Weald to the south. The A25 passes through the town and the M25 lies between it and the North Downs. Westerham is famous for three things and in no particular order... Quebec House, the home of General Wolfe is a National Trust property and Chartwell, the former home of Winston Churchill is the Trust's other house in the vicinity. The Westerham Brewery is also located nearby and has recently moved fuirther south I understand. The town is well worth a visit with tea rooms, shops, many old buildings and a large church to enjoy among other attractions.
