Today……

I have been in bed all day.
I have cried a lot.
I have slept.
I have eaten nothing apart from a slice of toast for breakfast.
I have no medication for tonight and tomorrow am as I didn’t go to the chemist.
I have nothing for my tea as I took nothing out the freezer.
I made a detour from the kitchen to take a photo of my Gerbera’s.

I think what is the point of a day, I am just existing.
