Stirling Castle from Flanders Moss - With Geese
After sanding down and painting a central heating radiator followed by lunch MaggieD and I took a run out over Flanders Moss where we spotted three large groups (gaggles?) of geese which must have totalled around the thousand. This batch posed nicely with Stirling Castle looming up in the background.
The mountains to the north and west are now snow-capped but we missed some good shots as cloud cover came in quite quickly from the west in advance of the forecast rain.
Lasted, back home and rain over, I managed to give the car a good wash. Probably a waste of time as it will be as bad as ever by this time tomorrow. Oh, well!
