Pressack ( head cheese )

In Bavaria, Pressack comes in three varieties
( deep red, pinkish, and grey) in the form of a large sausage.
You can eat Pressack with bread and butter.
I like sauren Pressack, a salad with vinaigrette and
vegetables.
