Reservoir

Walked around Cocksburn reservoir, above Bridge-of-Allan this afternoon in brilliant sunshine.


This morning in our dance class one of the newcomers ( we are now a big class and its no longer easy to just take photos) said she had this block of lessons bought for her as a Christmas present by her granddaughter. She is a former water-ski champion ("over 40 years ago") and has had a knee replacement. Yet another example of us older folk pushing boundaries.

Oh yes and I have another friend about to embark on her third marriage. She is in her mid 60's.

And my 90 year old friend, having treated herself to a diamond and saphire ring for her birthday is about to purchase a computer.

Whatever happened to the slippers and the knitting?
