Through the arched window.....

A very welcome day off today. I didn't get the long lie I was hoping for though, as I got an email telling me that Sheba's food was to be delivered between nine and ten.

I was meeting my friend in Melrose for a coffee and a blether this afternoon so I got there early to look for a blip. It was absolutely freezing, but I had a wander to the Abbey and took a few shots. Much of the building is covered in scaffolding at the moment but I liked the blue sky that could be seen through this window and the wee gargoyle at the bottom left of the shot.

I'm on a late shift tomorrow so hopefully I will get my long lie before it, it's all good!
