Having stayed up til 1am to do the prep last night, it's now the final push for Sebs new menu.

With the best of seasonal produce to work with and a wood-fired oven to roast everything from figs to beef, Sarah and proprietor Chris prepared the room and after I'd taken photo's we all piled into lunch.
