Goulash vegetables
Tomorrow we eat delicious home-made goulash.
For those who want to give it a try, here the recipe.
1 kg Beef (Runderpoulet )
3 onions
2 bell peppers
1 cup mushrooms
2 meat stock blocks (rundvleesbouillon blokjes)
pepper
thyme (1 sugar spoon)
3/4 stick of butter
3 small cans tomato paste
Melt butter in the pan, browning and meat in there!
Then add:
meat bouillon cubes, pepper and thijme.
Simmer until almost cooked (a few hours)
Then add:
onions, peppers, mushrooms (small cut) on top of the meat and simmer about 15 minutes.
Mix it and leave it for 3/4 hour simmer.
Then add:
tomato paste.
Gas/electra off and leave it a while. Bind with cornstarch.
Ready!
