All done!

Got up real early to get to flat first thing, spent most of day cleaning, scrubbing, sorting and finally had it looking sweet for the estate agent at 3:30pm.

She came along and said she could sell our flat straight away, they cannot get enough flats in Aberdeen these days.

All good news, but we will wait and see. The papers are being drawn up and the flat should go on the market within five days.
