Breakfast Smoothie

I've been starting my days out with a healthy breakfast smoothie for a few weeks now, working for a healthier me. I change it up daily. Todays blended fare consisted of; unsweetened pineapple in it's own juice, banana, zest from a whole orange, the rest of the orange, peeled and cut into pieces, , plain, non fat Greek yogurt, handfuls of flat leaf spinach, flat leaf parsley and dark flaxseeds. Blend till smooth and flaxseeds broken down. So delicious! I am amazed at how good I feel after dosing myself with a tall glass of this goodness.
