A blip moment.

The journey to Oban this morning was slow and difficult in driving rain most of the way. Some moments when the rain cleared and the views as ever a beautiful over Loch Awe.
The journey back in the dark was challenging with very strong winds blowing sleet hail and snow noisily against the windscreen.
I stopped at the top of the rest for a wee while to appreciate the wildness of it all before driving home. Somehow it hasn't quite felt like winter yet . We have had so little frosty weather and no snow. I miss the snow !
