the Hakasalmi Villa

Visited the Hakasalmi Villa to see Signe Brander's 100-year-old photographs of Helsinki. I was quite impressed by the exhibition. It also made me a little bit sad to see how they have torn up some great old buildings at some point and built awful grey boxes instead. Luckily the Hakasalmi Villa (built in 1843) still exists.
