without light there is no dark

I took this photograph on my android mobile phone whilst visiting my brother, his partner and my nephew in Stroud. My brother wanted to show me the cathedral because i am so keen in architecture and i took this photograph in awe of the scale and depth that the building had which was highlighted with the glowing soft sky. Just looking at this photograph gives me a sense of uplift. It was a cloudy day but the light shone through the clouds giving a sharp contrast between it and the cathedral. Light gives life and beauty to the world.
