You'll recognise this young man, he has been blipped many times over the last three years. I met him and his Mum at The Stables (the local cafe, just over the paddocks) this afternoon. He is such a delight and full of the joys of living.

A long bike ride this morning, we were away a couple of hours (with a coffee along the way). Feeling really good now, the legs are starting to feel stronger especially on the hills.

Did some Focus stuff as well, tidying up the years programme ready for the Newsletter. (I hear you say, "but you're not the Secretary any more" quite correct, but the secretary didn't take the details and I did)!!!

The weekend is here again.....where has this week gone??
