Spooky Wood!

This small wood is on Delves Lane in the Southfield area of Nelson Lancashire near the golf club. You might wonder why I am blipping this but it is an interesting little area that you can see for miles over Lancashire and Yorkshire.

Something happened here I am convinced of it and I often came past it during the day and night when I was coming home from work. There are thoughts that this area was where the Battle of Brunanburh was fought and quite a few people in this area believe that to be true.

Ted and me don't know but we do know it is spooky!
