blackbird

the flight back to BHX was uneventful, just the way I like it.

I called in home on the way past to pick up some papers from my other briefcase before arriving back to my Derbyshire office to do what still felt like a full day.

Whilst at home I grabbed a quick blip of the resident Mr Blackbird, I also spotted the regular robins and wren, nice to be home :)

I was quite happy to get the detail of the blackbird in this shot because all too often it is black blob which doesn't do justice to this under rated (if at times a little aggressive) bird
