Dublin today for an Annual Team 'get together'. I work with a bunch of people from all over the UK & Ireland.

A true 'virtual organisation'.

In reality we only ever really get together once or twice a year. As well as the business of the day it's also a great excuse to catch up with everyone and let your hair down a bit too. It's also a chance to over indulge a bit in The Guinness!

There were around 50 people at the '2014 Kick Off' Meeting and we were joined by another 100 or so in the evening for a late Christmas Party.

The picture is of 'The Hairy Lemon', a famous Dublin pub that we passed enroute to the party.
