Foodies

We were supposed to catch the ferry to Arran this eve with two friends but C just couldn't get out of work until 5ish, so we had to let them go without us. I'm glad we didn't hold on any longer because they got on the ferry with 2 mins to spare in the end. We'll catch up with them tomorrow though.

We consoled ourselves with Nigel. In the front we have root vegetable tangle (currently in the oven but smells great) and in the background we have aubergine paneer (currently in our tummies but tasted YUM). Good ole Nige...
