.... 365 Grateful is an exercise for people who suffer with depression, it is a way of encouraging you to look around every day and find something to be grateful for .
I am grateful that depression is a thing I have managed to shun with out the aid of doctors and their nasty drugs.
I find that I am grateful every day for so any things, I don't need to make it a chore to write them alll down.
