Puppy cuddles

Except he isn't a puppy. He is almost 12. Whatever time I get in from work (on this occasion 1:20am) he is always pleased to see me. He lays on his bed (a certain part of one of the sofas) and his tails thuds against the cushion. As I get closer he shuffles and wriggles and lifts one paw and rolls on his side.... Tummy tickles mummy! The last couple of years he has changed, he loves attention much more, he has never been much of a people dog but now he loves a cuddle. He is my little 'puppy'
