Exploring

First full day in Oz! I've wanted to come to Australia for as long as I can remember, I got here last night and my priority was sleep (having barely slept for 48 hours). After unpacking and getting my room sorted, I covered myself in factor 50 sun cream and headed out for a wander, camera in tow. I didn't go to far just down the road to the river and had a wander along there, enjoying the moments where there was a fresh breeze or I found a reason to linger in the shade! Tomorrow is Australia Day and I've been promised a proper Aussie style BBQ and pool party, then my next target is the beach!
