DAY OFF.....

.....with The Rev.
A lazy morning then all go to prepare our "candle lit supper" (for those of you who remember the TV series Keeping Up Appearances). The Rev at last used his /O's pasta machine to make ravioli, stuffed with Haggis (well it's that time of year!!!) we made neeps pearls and served it in a consommé made by O. (I'm sure all our scottish blippers are having turns at how we adapted their meal!!!). Followed by O's rack of lamb (which is his exam dish) I did a selection of pubs..limoncello jelly and rhubarb and ginger crumble....oh and we had lots of white wine, red wine, dessert wine, port and liquors....oh and it was a clergy dinner!!!...lots of tidying to do now...byeeee.
