First boat

This is the on-going site of re-naturiseing The Niers. Getting on nicely, lots of water in the new lake, the workers seem to have painted themselves into a corner, the lake neatly bi sects the area. only way to get from one side to the other is now by boat, which is why it is here!Now that is forward planning for you! Could be where a new Marina will be built, or maybe not.
You can see the Willow trees which have been cut right back, should be OK next year though...
