Long day, flew back from Ghana overnight and then went to an all day training meeting in Amsterdam, evening we went to watch the football. Biggest Netherlands derby match Ajax (Amsterdam) versus Feyenoord (Rotterdam). There is still a residue of football violence in the Netherlands so no Rotterdam supporters were allowed to attend the game, luckily although a few managed to get into the ground everything passed off calmly - including unfortunately the game itself which was not at all exciting
