Sooo tired

Went for a walk to have some lunch. And now I'm sooo tired. Maybe it's the combination of my antibiothics and my weekly malariaprofylax-pill that I have to take since I was in West-Africa.
At least I have rosy cheeks after the walk in the freezing cold :)
