A blip between the showers

After a morning of heavy rain there was a brief sunny spell so I thought I’d better do a blip. I was thinking of doing something inside but then I noticed a woodpecker on the bird feeder. Of course by the time I had grabbed my camera and put a long lens on it had disappeared but I decided to stick with it and get a shot of the garden birds. For once I ignored the birds with the most colourful plumage - gold finches and chaffinches and chose to go for something more mundane – blackbirds and doves. My blip is of a fluffy immature dove, I think but I am open to other suggestions.
