Gnarly roots

A 15 miler today. It was very, very gloomy and forecast to rain hard so I took a few pictures early on. These gnarly roots were my favourites.

Quins game this afternoon. Saw Jenceng and J before kick off. It was fairly warm and almost sunny. We had a nice chat.

The game ended early, at about 69 mins, when a storm came over. It was raining hard and the wind blew hard from all directions, dislodging scaffolding and advertising hoardings. The ref abandoned the match. This will probably be controversial, at least from Leicester's perspective, as Quins were winning 20-6. Hopefully nobody was hurt...

Rather more exciting than we expected!
