After the storm ...

A lovely family day today: Took the kids to footie this morning, followed by a little shop and coffee and then home to play, eat, sort out the house and chill. C took it upon herself to bake a batch of fairy cakes all on her own, and son, well he conquered a bit of Skylanders on the Wii.

Around 4pm, there was a storm. The wind howled, the rain battered down. Then it was gone, all was calm again.
