Bracing!!!!!

Lovely, lovely day. Started first thing with a visit from our neighbour's dogs without our neighbour. They'd discovered a hole in the fence and decided to pay us a visit. After we had returned them home we headed northwards, stopping in Machynlleth for coffee and veggie sausage butties - yummy. Then on to Tywyn to see the recently uncovered remains of a prehistoric forest - tide was in so we didn't see it. Then back to aberdyfi - hopefully to see otters, but no luck there either but we did have a lovely pub lunch after a very cold and windy walk on the beach. Then on to Aberystwyth to see another otter ( no luck again). And to see the starlings - in luck this time! :) Back home now - woodburner lit and everyone warming up nicely.
